  • Quality of execution – Is the code well-built and reliable?
  • Verification and responsible human oversight – Is the system safe and verifiable?
  • Creativity and originality – Is it innovative?
  • Real-world usefulness – Would people actually use this?
  • Quality of the live demonstration – Can you show it working live?

What to Bring

Requirements

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS What You're Building

Create a working agentic AI solution that solves a real problem in one of our three tracks:

  • Agentic Commerce
  • Agentic Finance
  • Agentic Marketing

Your submission should demonstrate a working prototype that can be showcased live to judges.

Submission Checklist

When you submit on DevPost, please provide:

1. Project Title

  • Clear, descriptive name (50 characters or less recommended)

2. Tagline/Short Description

  • One-sentence summary of what your project does (60 characters)

3. Detailed Description

  • 200–500 words explaining:
    • What problem does your project solve?
    • Which track does it belong to?
    • What agentic workflow(s) did you implement?
    • How does it use Mel and/or ElevenLabs?
    • What makes it novel or creative?

4. Demo Video or Walkthrough

  • Highly recommended: A 2–5 minute video showing your project working live
  • Can be a screen recording or smartphone video of your live demo
  • Include narration explaining the workflow and results
  • Upload to YouTube/Vimeo and embed, OR show live during the final judging round

5. Codebase/GitHub Link

  • Public GitHub repository with your source code
  • Include a README with setup/installation instructions
  • Document any APIs, keys, or external dependencies needed

6. Live Demo (Judging Round)

  • Be prepared to show your project live and working during the presentation
  • You'll have 5–7 minutes to demo, then answer judges' questions
  • Ensure your internet connection and environment are tested beforehand

7. Team Members

  • List all team members and their contributions
  • Make sure all team members are registered on DevPost

Submission Quality Tips

  • Test everything beforehand. Your live demo is crucial to your score.
  • Show the agent in action. Judges want to see tool use, decision-making, and output quality.
  • Explain the problem. Why does this matter? Who would use it?
  • Document your process. Share learnings, challenges, and how you overcame them in your description.
  • Use ElevenLabs or Mel creatively. If you use either tool, highlight it prominently—there's a separate prize for best use of ElevenLabs.

Judging Format

  • Submissions close: 8:30 PM on September 19, 2026
  • Judging takes place live at the venue with 5–7 minute presentations + Q&A per team
  • Winners announced same evening before attendees leave
